Nerea hairpin

Description

This hairpin is constructed by silver 925.
The gemstone is natural lapis lazuli 20x15mm oval shaped gemstone.
Lapis is the Latin word for “stone” and lazulum is etymologically related to the color blue and used as a root for the word blue in several languages.
In ancient times Lapis Lazuli was most highly valued because of its beautiful color and the valuable ultramarine dye derived from it.
Every piece may vary a bit, since it is handmade and gemstones are natural and genuine.
