“Nerea” earrings are constructed by reticulated sterling silver 925. The gemstones are natural lapis lazuli 12×8 mm tear shaped.
Lapis is the Latin word for “stone” and lazulum is etymologically related to the color blue and used as a root for the word blue in several languages.
In ancient times Lapis Lazuli was most highly valued because of its beautiful color and the valuable ultramarine dye derived from it.
Every pair may vary a bit, since it is handmade and gemstones are natural and genuine.
